Welcome to the River Run Homeowners Association (RRHOA) web site! We hope you will find this site informative and useful. Through this web-site you can also access information about the River Run Club. Although the Club is an independent entity from the River Run Homeowners Association, information regarding both organizations is provided in one place for your convenience.
RRHOA is led and managed by River Run residents who serve on its Board of Directors. The responsibilities of the RRHOA Board include the maintenance of the berms, cul-de-sac circles and entrances, as well as overall quality of life issues for our neighborhood. We encourage you to offer any suggestions and to discuss any issues with any member of our Board of Directors. You can see the listing of all members of the Board, as well as key sub-committees, under the “Committees” section. River Run is proud of the enthusiastic participation of its residents in the Community, Neighborhood Watch, Architectural Review, Landscape, Architectural Review committees that support our community.
The RRHOA Board of Directors has contracted Rowell, Incorporated to manage our property. Rowell is responsible for the billing and collecting association dues, managing overall property maintenance and monitoring and responding to the covenant compliance. You can access contact information for our management company by clicking on Rowell tab. In additions, copies of key Association articles governing our Association such as Rules and Regulations, By-Laws, etc are also available on this site under the Documents section.
